Join the T’s Thursday Night Charity Raffle
The Terminus Pyrmont is offering locals businesses and residents a fun, simple way to raise money for their respective charity or fundraiser.
It’s easy, just put a request in to run our Thursday night raffle with 100% of all monies raised given to your cause.
Apply now! Once approved all you need to bring is volunteers to sell raffle tickets on the night, and Terminus will happily manage with the rest.
100% of funds raised go to your community group.
Simply fill out our online form to submit your enquiry and a member of the Terminus team will then be in contact to discuss the next steps.
Who Can Apply?
Everyone! We welcome applications from individuals, local businesses, charities and community groups.
The key criteria is that 100% of the money raised goes directly to the cause applied as agreed by Terminus. There is a requirement for fundraisers to show proof of funds transfer post raffle.
Terminus strives to work with organisations that share our values and reserves the right to decline activities with organisations that don’t align.
What do you need to supply?
Supplied by Community Group / Charity
Minimum three volunteers to sell raffle tickets on their confirmed Thursday night, 5.30-8pm
Cash Float (recommended $100)
Optional: EFT machine or contactless payment device supplied by the group
Approved logo / content of the charity or fundraising initiative for use across Terminus marketing platforms
All promotion of the raffle approved by the Terminus

Our aim is for the Terminus Thursday Community Raffle to become both a valued fundraising avenue for eligible community groups and an important part of the hotels’ hospitality experience for our customers.
